چکیده
All living beings share eco-biopsychosocial systems. Good health of any single element the system is dependentuponwell-beingof allthe elementstogether. The primary source ourfood isfrom plants. A healthy plant not conceivable without a soil in which itsrootsystem grows. Soil contains multifarious microorganisms, fungal networks, nematodes and arthropods etc. These all act concert to contribute richness milieu through zillions phytochemicals that they produce exchange. Plants participate trade root exudatesin exchange fortheir own needs. Greater biodiversity species, greater opportunities benefits for all. Also, quorum sensing prevails, population balances are maintained. Thisis how life has evolved flourished on planet earthoverthe lastfour billionyears. In higher animals, humans included, relationships similar plant-soil situation prevail within body, gastrointestinal system. Diversity our food ingestion determines gut microbiome, hence ourhealth too.Hunter-gatherers perhaps had great given their circumstances favouring better survival based diverse foods. Human settlements necessitated sources with longerstorage lives. This brought increasing dependence grains support growing populations. The high starch content meant glucose load body as proportion kept creeping up diets. furthercompounded by advent refined simple sugarsin most food. today ofthe humanity able tometabolise sugarload safely. About 20% overtly type II diabetic atleast another 40% prediabetic. Their tissues have developed insulin resistance, defensive mechanism against attempting push, undesirably, even more into cells. Glucose mandatoryfuel metabolising tissue Protein fat deficiencies known cause disorders. There no disease produced absence from diet. By measure, sugar been potent, prevalent, weaponofmassdestruction unleashedonto humanity. Most 'modern era' diseases resistance consequent hyperinsulinaemia underlying pathogenic mechanism. includes, addition pathology diabetes mellitus, hypertension, atherosclerotic vascular (underlying myocardial infarction stroke), allergies, autoimmune diseases, many types cancers, autismand dementia. common denominator, this burdenof noncommunicable (NCDs), inflammation ushered due to, accompanying, hyper insulinaemia.Sugars starches addictive potential. thriving industrial/commercial activity benefitting humanpredilectionhas continuedto pocket huge profits, particularly overthe last century.Natural, organically grown wholesome foods receded corporate industrial supply chain processes out stripped them. despite scientific evidence mounting favour such industry thrived onmanaged perception advertisement. waslittle guard peoples' right knowthe reality foritis crowdedout thecorporate efficiencies andpropaganda. The costs care account NCDs, stated above, keeps soaring. Globally, NCDs kill 41 million people each year, accounting 71% deaths.1Institute Global Health Sciences at University California San Francisco estimated, 2017, could cost global economy US $ 47 trillion 2030.2Disease prevention promotion correction diet, replacing rich nutrient dense, organic, foods, obviously necessary. However, it easy. Old habits die hard. Those who profit human suffering may become compliant easily, either. After all, Albert Einstein remarked, 'it easier fool than convince them fooled”.

Where Bell Went Wrong
It is explained on a physical basis how absence of contextuality allows Bell inequalities to be violated, without bringing an implication on locality or realism. The point is that the initial values of the hidden variables of the detectors are mutually exclusive for different detector settings. Therefore they have no reason to possess a common probability distribution and hence no reason to sat...

Observational studies in humans and experimental studies in animals and isolated cells supported the widely held belief that hormone replacement therapy protects the cardiovascular system from disease. To nearly everyone’s astonishment, the Women’s Health Initiative Study and the Heart and Estrogen/Progestin Replacement Study overturned the conclusion that hormone replacement therapy protects t...

So rather than dictate his company's identity, Ricardo Semler--the majority owner of Semco in São Paulo, Brazil--lets his employees shape it through their individual efforts and interests. "I don't know what Semco is," he writes in this first-...
متن کاملWhat Went Wrong: Explaining Counterexamples
One of the chief advantages of model checking is the production of counterexamples demonstrating that a system does not satisfy a specification. However, it may require a great deal of human effort to extract the essence of an error from even a detailed source-level trace of a failing run. We use an automated method for finding multiple versions of an error (and similar executions that do not p...

that took place in the developing countries in the 1980s and 1990s was part of the general move toward giving markets a greater role in development. It was also a reaction to several factors specific to finance: the costs, corruption, and inefficiencies associated with using finance as an instrument of populist, state-led development; a desire for more financial resources; citizens’ demands for...
